Lazy Days Cloud True Bullnose® Padded Carpet Stair Treads (Sold Individually)

 

This color is called Lazy Days Cloud and contains flecks of light and dark grey in a cut pile, short shag type style.  We make the treads in our standard sizes of 24 “wide, or 27″ wide, 31″ wide and 35″ wide and they fit the standard 10″ Deep stair with a 1” thick tread. But if you need a custom size, just let us know, we can do that, too!

An elegant but affordable alternative to a complete professional runner installation.  The style is made with PET, not the cheaper olefin/polypropylene-type yarns.

True Bullnose® Stair Treads install in less than 1 minuter per step.

Here is how we do it: We start with this awesome carpet, cut it down to the correct tread size, seam the borders, permanently attach our True Bullnose® rigid edge, and then add padding and nonskid to the back. The stair tread is permanently attached to a rigid bullnose piece so that when installed it will stay nicely wrapped around your stair tread. Other manufacturers use combinations of tape or glue, and hope that your tread will stay wrapped around the end of your stair tread. Not these. These treads have a pressure sensitive adhesive that keeps the tread in place and a strong, rigid bullnose edge that keeps the wrap-around in place.

If you decide to order additional stair treads, please note that we are not able to guarantee that orders placed at different times will be produced from the same dye lot. Due to the nature of textile production, both carpet color and binding color can vary from one dye lot to the next. Typically this variation is slight. We recommend placing a single order for all treads, including custom pieces, to ensure that they will all be produced from the same dye lot.
